Phone Returns

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damaged, defective, or discrepant phone items. If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them, we provide a 7-day window from arrival for a full refund. To ensure successful returns, all phones should be in the original manufacturer's packaging with accompanying literature/docs – they also need to remain "Like-New" with less than 25 minutes of cumulative talk time used! For defective items only, exchanges may be possible if an equivalent product is still available - otherwise, it can potentially be repaired by our team. Phone Returns are not without cost - refused and unaccepted packages may incur a $25 handling fee. If the merchandise is in anything less than "Like-New Condition," expect to pay between 25% and 50%, plus a minimum of $9.99 shipping and handling, depending on its condition at time of return as well as any applicable promotional coupons used while originally ordering your goods.
