Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damaged, defective, or discrepant phone items. If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them, we provide a 7-day window from arrival for a full refund. To ensure successful returns, all phones should be in the original manufacturer's packaging with accompanying literature/docs – they also need to remain "Like-New" with less than 25 minutes of cumulative talk time used!
